First Floor - Family Bathroom - Master Double Bedroom en-suite with Balcony, 2nd Double Bedroom, Single bedroom. There will always be someone available to check you into the property. We will arrange all this in detail prior to arrival and check in. The property managers will be available through-out your stay should you have any questions or queries. Baltimore is one of the most Unique places in the world. Loved by many. Home to the annul Fiddle fair Car is essential if you are looking to explore. If you are not looking to explore, everything is within walking distance. Refundable Security Deposit on Check In - 150 euro – We will not allow access to the property without this deposit so please bring this amount in cash. This is paid directly to the property manager onsite. Oil (Central Heating - Charged as an extra (1.5 euro per litre) - Oil will be required from October till March. If you decide to use daily for a number of hours the cost will be 10 euro per day. If you do not want this expense, we suggest to use the beautiful open fire in the living room.$
