We live in the very center of Campitello di Fassa, not facing to the busy main road, with all the amenities at hand, 1 minute to the bus stop reaching every village and cable cars. We love hosting and try to give our guests the best experience! A 2nd room with 2 bunk beds is available in our second listing. Contact us! :) The private room has a beautiful view of the ruf de Duron, the fraction of Pian, Sasso Lungo and Sasso Piatto summits. The environment is welcoming and we will do our best to make you feel at home. The bathroom is shared with us and any other guests; it has been completely renovated and is cleaned more than once daily, It has a combined bath/shower, sink on a cupboard in pine wood, bidet and toilet, finished to a high standard in mountain style and is in common with us. The shower, in addition to the manual jet, has a shower head with rain water, relaxing jets on the side bar and foot washer. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper included. The use of the kitchen is not allowed for lunch and dinner. The use of the fridge is allowed if you tell us in advance and we will leave you a private space in it if you want to bring you own food for having breakfast. We have the moka and the tea kettle. Our apartment is warm so it may not be necessary to use the heating system in the rooms. It is however possible to switch it on independently, taking care to switch it off before going out. The knob is located on the radiator. There are many free parking places in the immediate vicinity where we park too. We suggest to park at the schools: once you reach our home and you are downstairs looking up, you will see a yellow sign indicating "palestra". The road has no exit so you reach the last street building in 40 meters. It is free all day long. The proximity to all services and transport makes this place the perfect place for your holidays. The apartment has a second bedroom that can accommodate from 1 to 4 people (two bunk beds) that can be booked in our second listing. You will have access to your bedroom and kitchen if requested before booking, just for having breakfast by your own. The bathroom is shared with us and any other guest. We really appreciate being in touch with our guests from the arrival trip here to departure and we are available for any need and advice. During the week we work, but we will also often be present at home during the day for lunch and dinner. We love traveling, hosting and being hosted, so we can enrich each other's experiences and knowledge. We are in the center of Campitello di Fassa so all the services are very close. The central bus stop is a 1-minute walk away, you can reach all the main places to take the cable car for unforgettable trips and the Sellaronda Ski Tour: Col Rodella in Campitello, Belvedere, Pordoi, Pecol, Col dei Rossi, Ciampac in Canazei, Buffaure in Pozza di Fassa, Catinaccio and Vajolet in Vigo di Fassa and Alpe Lusia and San Pellegrino in Moena. Canazei with its restaurants, the skating rink, the Dolaondes indoor pool and the wellness center can be reached in just a few minutes by public transport or through a beautiful walk along the Avisio river or in the forest path in the area of Ischia next to the riding school. With supermarket, bakery, pastry shops and restaurants, sports shops and rentals under the house, it is easy to find the road and enjoy the country even after long hikes. PARKING AREA Please display the check-in instructions once you have booked to view the pictures and directions for parking. Free parking spaces in front of the house near the fountain and along the Piaz Veie or at the schools at the end of the dead-end street where we live. Parking spaces along the Ruf de Duron for a fee in high season but free after 08.00 p.m. until 09.00 a.m. We have adopted a 1 year old female of Italian Bracco that is part of our family and that you will meet at home. Our accomodation is pet-friendly so your pets are very welcome! The loft bed above the double bed does allow you to sleep but not to sit. If you make a reservation for two persons, we will take for granted that you will only use one of the two double beds. If this is not the case please let us know :) an extra fee will be requested for the linen etc (as it is a bed for 3rd and 4th guest).$
