ONLY 4 miles from LEGOLAND. Famous Orlando attractions (SeaWorld, Disney/Universal, Airport & Downtown) all w/in an hour drive! Our place is ideal for Families, Couples, or Small Group of Friends, either coming for business, visiting for events or those coming to visit LEGOLAND Florida Resort Park (4 miles) or famous Orlando attractions all within an hour drive!!! Long term guests also welcome. CHECK IN _ CHECK OUT: * Check-In ANYTIME after 4PM EST. Guest can self check-in with keypad at their convenience after 4PM EST. * Check-out at 11AM EST. Guest simply lock up using "lock button" on keyless lock. ** If you have any issues with keypad while onsite, guest can immediately contact host through RingPro Doorbell ** ***Host can accommodate and be flexible with times, if there are NO guest arriving that same day. Just ask! Extending check-in or check-out times MUST be approved by host... CLEANING: The cleaning fee posted on AIRBNB covers a ONE TIME fee to clean and sanitize the home and wash all linens prior to your arrival.
